Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Advisory Senior Manager to join our dynamic team! CPA is required. This is FULLY-REMOTE.

Overview:

Lead and manage financial due diligence engagements to assess the financial and operational health of companies undergoing M&A transactions.Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice to facilitate successful transactions.Contribute to the growth and development of the transaction advisory services practice through leadership and mentorship of junior staff.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA required 8+ years of experience; at least 3+ years within the transaction advisory practice within a large public accounting firm required
