Senior Manager, Treasury

The opportunity

This position is responsible mainly on daily / weekly Treasury functions with connected banks, monitoring of regular cash out flow & in flow in projecting fund at the best efficient level by taking investment opportunities, and external reporting. Being a Finance team member, involves in month-end Closing, Financial Reporting and year-end Audit.

Responsibilities

Period reconciliation of cash inflow (i.e., premium) with the team in projecting potential inflow fund.Oversee major cash outflow of invoices paid out via account payable, commission payments to sale force as well as other significant regular pay out such as T&E in maintaining efficient level of fund in respective bank accounts.  Responsible for interacting of existing banks as well as new bank and taking lead in building auto connection between ERP to the banks’ platform in making treasury process efficient.Explore potential fund investment opportunity with the connected bank and design investment plan with CFO.Key contact person for the regulatory reporting and period reports are prepared timely & accurately with the team.Intensive involvement in monthly closing activities with all stakeholders.Data inputs and analysis are performed in timely and accurate manner.Participate in treasury & other special projects and perform assigned duties with the coordination with Myanmar team as well as regional colleagues.

What we are looking for

A bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Economics or CPA, ACCA holder is preferableMinimum 5 years of experience in overseeing treasury function with local & international banks.Strong track record of project experience, data analytics and financial skills (i.e., deliverables achieved in a timely and budgeted manner).Demonstrate willingness to develop analytical and problem-solving skillsMust be proficient in English and Burmese LanguagesProficient in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Power-point and advance MS Excel skillMust have good attitude, teamwork, and good interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn in building a deep knowledge foundation of Life insurance
