The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels (owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, The Repulse Bay and many high-profile assets globally) is seeking to hire a Senior Manager, Treasury to join the Corporate Finance Department, based in our Corporate office located in Central, Hong Kong. This role will be responsible for enhancing treasury processes, driving strategic cash management efficiencies for HSH, as well as overseeing bank accounts and e-banking systems.

Key Accountabilities
Assist the General Manager, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations on strategic Treasury projects, in designing and implementing strategic cash management efficiencies for the group. Projects include cash management RFP, liquidity cash pooling structure activities and Treasury system activities. Enhance and streamline daily cash management procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency to support the group’s financial stability. Partner with Directors of Finance (DoFs) to build accurate and reliable cash forecasts and develop strategies for optimal cash flow management across all operational entities. Oversee and support Dofs in managing bank accounts, ensuring compliance with the Bank Administration Policy and internal policies. Build and maintain strong relationships with external banks through the execution of strategic projects. Manage changes to bank signatories for the group, ensuring that all updates are accurately documented. Oversee the setup and management of e-banking systems for the group. Act as a back-up team member to conduct daily cash management. Serve as one of system administrator for all major e-banking system for HSH group.
General Requirements
Degree holder in Economics, Finance or equivalent Minimum of 5-8 years’ relevant working experience in treasury management, with sound knowledge in investment financing Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, detailed oriented and willing to learn Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in both written and spoken English
