Senior Manager, Treasury 

 

Leading a team and performing at APAC regional level spanning 10+ countries, the job holder should be able to execute and drive operational efficiency effectively with excellent stakeholder management skills.


What You’ll be Doing

Manage APAC Treasury activities, including cash pooling and cash/liquidity management in APAC.Monitor APAC foreign currency exposure and execute foreign exchange trades per policy and guidance from Corporate subject experts.Maintain relationships with banks, assist in bank selection, and negotiate credit lines. Resolve banking service issues for APAC.Lead or participate in Treasury-related and automation projects, such as cash pool implementation, cash flow forecasting solutions, bank rationalization, refinancing, PoA project, and TMS implementation. Support ad hoc projects and analysis when required.Provide reporting and analysis for FX results, cash activities, bank loans, interest expenses, and bank fees.Serve as the regional treasury department Sarbanes-Oxley coordinator, ensuring that adequate internal controls are in place and functioning.Provide technical guidance to regional/local treasury team members, colleagues, and/or internal customers.Oversee insurance policy administration for APAC

 

What We Are Looking For

A strong academic background with a degree in finance or accounting, along with a recognized professional qualification.Typically, 10 years of relevant experience in the regional treasury field, gained from a sizable multinational corporation (MNC).Strong leadership and project management skills to drive results, while also being hands-on and an individual contributor.Accountability for the performance and results of a small team within your own discipline or function.Knowledge of the Oracle system. Experience in treasury system implementation is desirable.Highly adaptable and enjoys the challenges of working in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English and Mandarin.
