We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

\n

Job Purpose:

\n

Implement plans and processes for business process quality and improvement, IT business systems analysis, and Treasury management to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in alignment with overall business strategy, objectives, Group guidelines, and policies. This includes identifying new approaches, providing information systems aligned with user needs, managing cash, funding, banking relationships, and financial risk, and optimizing capital and legal entity structures while ensuring compliance with regulations and requirements.

Your tasks:

\n\nOperate DHL Group treasury systems landscape, including FIS Quantum, Broadridge, 360T, and Finastra.\nAssess and implement new business requirements within Corporate Finance by leveraging finance technology best practices to optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and enhance treasury operations.\nDrive continuous improvement of treasury interface operations and develop strategies to enhance corporate finance processes such as reporting and workflow management for key financial tools.\nOversee the performance and deliverables of external IT providers in Corporate Finance.\nCoordinate internal teams and IT resources to ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget.\nLead global IT projects for DHL, including managing the tender process, stakeholder alignment (IT Security, data protection, procurement, legal), data migration, UAT, and roll-out.\n\n\n

Your profile:

\n

Education Level

\n\nBachelor’s Degree on business informatics or business administration\n\n

Experience Level

\n\nAt least 6 years of relevant experience in Treasury preferably with significant experience in Treasury Systems\nDemonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency; a problem-solver who takes initiative and able to prioritize and execute tasks.\nProfound experience in Automation tools, such as Power Automate, Power Platform, Knime, Power BI and UiPath as well as Rest API’s and Python\nWork independently with strong written and verbal communication skills, responsible, detail-oriented, and ensure targets are met within deadline.\nProject management experience in an international environment.\nStrong collaboration and open mindedness skills are prerequisite.\nPassion for teamwork with excellent written and verbal communication skills\nProficient in English language; proficiency in a second language (German, Spanish etc.) is an added advantage.\n\n
