Position Summary
As a Senior Manager, Value Based Implementation, you will manage and support local market network teams on implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements. You will support the negotiators on determining administrability of the contract terms as it relates to incentive payments and advise them of any risks. You will manage the work of the team to deliver timely and accurate payments always ensuring correct documentation. Drive P4P system enhancements as appropriate and needed. Engage and drive requirements of the WAVE application with the developers to ensure the app is delivered per our needs and requirements in a timely manner. This position will support business strategy as required as well as any regulatory reporting requirements. Drive talent retention and development and engagement.
Required Qualifications
7+ years experience in a health care delivery systems or financial role with accountability for business results.
Preferred Qualifications
• Knowledge of managed care and how provider reimbursement relates to medical costs.
• Advanced communication/presentation skills.
• Understanding of internal and external database applications and comfort with technology.
• Familiarity in a production environment and leading a team
• Detail oriented, bias toward accuracy and action
Education
Undergraduate degree required or equivalent experience.
Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$79,200.00 - $174,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
