Your Career
We need a Sr. Manager - Workplace: Americas East to lead our NYC, Toronto, and Washing D.C. area offices, and define service level needs for our facilities and workplace management providers. This role plays a critical role in defining and supporting the employee & guest experience and onsite programs, strategies, and budgets. You’ll collaborate with our Places team and cross-functional partners including Finance, IT, Legal, HR, Procurement, and Corporate Responsibility, to support real estate, design, construction, vendor management, sustainability, and be a liaison to manage onsite matters with our landlords, neighbors, and the broader community.
This role requires a seasoned and passionate workplace leader who is dedicated to customers first, is a dynamic team player who embraces innovation and continuous improvement, and is enthusiastic about building community, bringing people together, while ensuring the health and safety of our employees, and guests.
Your Impact
Lead all aspects of site operations & initiatives for the region, and deliver high-quality workplace experiences for employees and guests - Manage IFM partner & vendor teams while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure outstanding and efficient service - Establish and maintain positive relationships with partners & providers to ensure their efficiency and engagement for Palo Alto Networks and our valuesCultivate relationships with local leadership to understand business requirements, anticipate solutions to their needs, and swiftly executeDevelop & review performance metrics to assess utilization, productivity of staff, and client satisfaction and make recommendationsManage the operational and capital budget needs including analyzing and rationalizing monthly spend, forecasting of actuals, and ensuring the budget is balanced per guidelinesBe a thought leader, and develop and implement new and improved standards or processes to drive a culture of innovation & continuous improvement to elevate the workplace experience for locations under management, and replicate at other sites where applicableParticipate in the design + delivery of projects - Plan and complete move-in activities, including implementing change management and communication plans, and ensuring a flawless opening & Day 2+ activitiesPartner with global teams to support portfolio management, design + delivery, safety & security needs, health & wellness, and sustainability initiativesYour Experience

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $143000 - $231000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
