The Senior Manager of Workplace at Collibra is responsible for:
Leading the Global Workplace team: Manage, mentor, and develop a team of workplace professionals across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. Strategic planning and execution: Develop and implement global workplace strategies that align with company goals, enhance employee experience, and support our growth. Operational excellence: Oversee all aspects of workplace operations, including facilities management, space planning, and health and safety compliance across all offices. Vendor and budget management: Manage global vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the workplace budget to ensure cost-effective and high-quality services. Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver integrated solutions that improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction. Change management: Lead workplace projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to employees. Data-driven decision-making: Utilize analytics and employee feedback to inform workplace improvements and measure the impact of initiatives. Managing our Raleigh office: In addition to leading the global Workplace team, you will serve as the on-site lead for our Raleigh office, ensuring smooth daily operations, facilities management, and a positive employee experience. You will be expected to be present onsite regularly to oversee local operations.

Within your first month, you will have met with key stakeholders, assessed the current state of global workplace operations, and begun building relationships with your team members. By your third month, you will have developed a comprehensive global workplace strategy and begun implementing initial initiatives to improve operations and employee experience. By your sixth month, you will have successfully executed significant Workplace projects, demonstrated measurable improvements in operational efficiency and employee satisfaction, and established yourself as a trusted leader within Collibra.Compensation for this role
The standard base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $150,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
In addition to base salary, we offer equity ownership at every level, bonus potential, a Flex Fund monthly stipend, pension/401k plans, and more.
