Senior Manager, Zoom Meetings DevOps
What you can expect
The Head of India meeting DevOps is responsible for overseeing the India meeting DevOps strategy. Ensuring the seamless integration, migration, and deployment of zoom products across all platforms. This role requires a visionary leader who can drive the adoption of best practices, foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and collaboration. Ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our Zoom Meeting and Zoom AI infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to grow a talented team. Working with Zoom Platform DevOps & Engineering team to build a state-of-the-art DevOps platform to help achieve its goals.
About the Team
With eight specialized departments, the engineering team functions as a highly collaborative, diverse powerhouse. Each department mission is to deliver seamless and innovative communication solutions. These range from software development and machine learning to quality assurance teams that work to create and maintain Zoom's user-friendly interfaces and robust infrastructure. The team continues to push the boundaries of communication technology, bringing people together regardless of their physical distance.
What we’re looking for
Have completed a Bachelor or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
10+ years of experience in DevOps, infrastructure, and operations roles, with the majority in DevOps.
5+ years of leadership experience managing DevOps. With experience managing minimum org size of 30 engineers.
Experience with container orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
Experience and background in CI/CD pipeline development and management.
Experience with AWS, OCI, Azure, GCP cloud, and Colo data center.
Experience with in CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog).
