Vail Resorts is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our WFM / Ops Team! As the Senior HR Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing key WFM and employee experience initiatives for Vail Resorts. Reporting to the Director of WFM Strategy & Planning, you will lead the management of the top priorities for the Vail Resorts WFM and Operations team. This includes coordination within WFM, Operations, Finance, and HR teams, our Finance and HR business partners, or our employees and leaders. This is a leadership role with direct interactions with the Senior Leadership Team. To be successful in this role, you will establish yourself as the expert in project management, operations, bringing in best practices, and partnering with all leaders effectively.

The expected Total Compensation for this role is $103,596 - $120,000 + annual bonus. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
