Senior Manager – Global GTM Execution & Governance
Job Description What's on the Menu:

As a key member of the Global GTM Capabilities Team, you will be responsible for GTM Execution & Governance. The role primarily focuses on governance, monitoring, and reporting. Leadership responsibilities are centred on coordinating cross-functional teams for alignment on GTM metrics and BI strategy and requiring ownership of cross-market initiatives and sprints

Key Ingredients: 'Organize and facilitate GTM execution process for existing projects according to the aligned milestones and timeline Ensure quality of Local/Global GTM Steercos’ materials, list of KPIs and OKRs and NSV uplift on track Coordinate the end-to-end GTM execution for existing projects, ensuring alignment with milestones and timelines. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively. Organize and manage local and global GTM steering committees (steercos), ensuring clear agendas, action tracking, and alignment on strategic objectives. Establish and track KPIs and OKRs to measure project success. Ensure NSV uplift targets remain on track, identifying and addressing deviations promptly. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize the GTM execution framework. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation across teams.

The role has a global scope, impacting multiple regions and markets simultaneously. The position coordinates between global, regional, and local teams, ensuring the program is scalable, consistent, and impactful across diverse geographies

Internal Stakeholders: Global Omni VP, Global GTM, AFH, Ecom, GeoWS VPs, BUPs, MDs, Channel Directors, Function Directors (Local, Zone, Global – HR, Operations, Sales, RGM, Category) Global Functions (Omni, Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT and P&P) and Local/Zone Commercial VP, GTM Leads and FP&A.

External Stakeholders: Consultancy firms and BI providers.

Strong understanding of sales, marketing, and customer engagement processes. Project & Program Management: Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. Expertise in frameworks like Agile, Scrum, or Six Sigma. Ability to track KPIs, report on execution progress, and optimize GTM efforts. Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics) to measure GTM performance. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior executives and build organizational consensus. Proven capability in developing and nurturing value-based cross-functional partnerships at all organizational levels.
