Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.
 

As the Senior Manager within US Technology Business Management office, you will be working on one of the most important goals for Global Function Technology (GFT), i:e Resiliency, Risk and Controls.

You will be responsible to consolidate and provide management reporting across GFT for all US Impacted Supervisory findings (MRA/MRIA), reporting major programs for US Entities, US BAU, Regulatory commitment (e.g. Cat III, CCAR). You will be working in liaison with US CIO office and other technology partners. Your responsibilities also include working with the US Technology leadership team to manage portfolio financial reporting.

What will you do?

Consolidate update across US regulatory initiatives having GFT impact & management attention.

Collating and reporting of ongoing US BAU and RBC regulatory commitments (e.g., Y-9C, Liquidity, SCCL, Cat III Transition, CCAR etc.)

Reporting on Risk Metrics, Risk features and heightened controls, Vulnerability Management, Operational Risks, and stability on all US CUSO applications.

Connect with various technology within GFT, T&O and US CIO office to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency.

Manage strong relationship with GFT Technology Remediation team, IT Risks team across T&O for synchronized reporting.

Coordinate reporting material across GFT for CUSO weekly, bi-weekly and monthly meetings including material for Steerco and Opco meeting.

Run day-to-day Program Management office activities and overall financials for GFT US Technology.

What do you need to succeed?

 Must have:

Undergraduate degree Preferably in Technology

4-7 years experience on IT infrastructure and Application development lifecycle

Knowledge and experience on CUSO IT Risk functions.

Demonstrated ability in written / oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.

Ability to handle a large amount of data and consolidate for presentation for a senior audience

Strong financial skills (ability to understand budgets)

Nice-to-have:   

Understanding of RBC Technology and Operations financial planning systems and processes
