We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Manager – Propositions, People and Culture, and Strategy.

Principal Responsibilities

Strategy: Work with the Director, Sustainability Propositions to shape ASP CIB’s sustainability ambitions and coordinating the implementation of key strategic initiatives, including the development of related business cases. Coordinate business planning activities which may include financial, technological and resource planningBusiness Management: Lead the preparation of presentations and briefings on Sustainability topics and preparing senior management for key meetings and external events. Develop materials to clearly and effectively communicate ASP CIB Sustainability strategic priorities and progressCultural change: Help embed sustainability as part of our DNA, creating an environment for knowledge and best practice sharing across regions and products, and foster a community of internal activists to affect change and support growthTraining development and execution: Work on developing and executing the training programmes for the frontline and other persona to educate and empower them with sustainable finance knowledge. Work with relevant regional and product teams to help build the content and act as a key SME for the Learning FunctionStakeholder engagement/ communications: Develop materials to clearly and effectively communicate ASP CIB Sustainability strategy, capability development initiatives, whilst acting as key interface with other areas of the Group on their sustainability activities, driving collaboration where possible and represent ASP CIB SustainabilityThought leadership and positioning: Work with markets, Marketing and Communications to develop content to elevate HSBC’s external branding and positioning, including NPS, on Sustainability in Asia Performance Management support, to ensure effective delivery of ongoing business and transformation initiatives, as well overseeing business development momentum and delivery against key metrics and financial targets
