The candidate should have deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to drive the success of the initiative. **Responsibilities** + Serve as the primary subject matter expert on CMS and Web Experimentation capabilities + Lead the architectural design and implementation of the public platform using Optimizely + Provide detailed, hands-on development work alongside managing a team of developers + Collaborate closely with the client, translating business requirements into technical solutions + Ensure best practices in Optimizely implementation, including performance optimization, security, and scalability + Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation + Stay current with CSM updates and industry trends, applying new features and best practices to ongoing projects **Qualifications** + Extensive experience with CMS and Web Experimentation, including in-depth knowledge of their capabilities and limitations + Proven track record of architecting and delivering large-scale CSM-based solutions + Strong hands-on development skills, particularly in .NET and front-end technologies + Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders + Experience leading and mentoring development teams + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail + Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in the healthcare industry + Optimizely certifications + Knowledge of accessibility standards and their implementation in Optimizely + Familiarity with Azure cloud services and DevOps practices,
