Responsibilities:
· Manages M&A projects for the Total Rewards organization and serves as the primary bridge between the deal team and the TR organization.
· Works with the overall M&A team on detailed analysis, solution proposals, coordination and delivery of activities from due diligence through to integration for all Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Outsourcings.
· Partner with the HR M&A team, TR team and senior stakeholders during due diligence, including assessing gathered data, making recommendations on go forward TR solutions, purchase agreement terms and operational TR risks.
· Serve as the liaison to various functions and workstreams (Benefits, Regional TR, Segment TR, Executive Compensation, People Operations, Employee Relations, Regional and Country teams) with respect to all TR M&A activities.
· Responsible for the development of project plans, milestone planning and resource alignment for assigned M&A transaction(s) from a TR standpoint. Owns the coordination and communication with key stakeholders during implementation.
· Proactively identifies solutions to meet business objectives, taking into account the implications of change on the organization and all stakeholders, and impact to key transaction timelines.
· Work with team to identify lessons learned and process improvements to support continuous improvement of TR M&A infrastructure.
· Works closely with US Labor Relations and other Total Rewards professionals on Union wage negotiations
Requirements
· Bachelor of Art, Science or Business Administration
· At least 10 years of direct experience in compensation and benefits or HR client management with multinational companies or large corporations at corporate/regional/global level
· Knowledge of Compensation & Benefits either as a technical expert or through experience by support a client group

Total Base Pay RangeThe base pay range for this position is $122,400 - 190,000 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus.
