To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com (https://www.cibc.com/en/about-cibc.html) **What you'll be doing** Reporting to the Director, Growth Strategies, you will be responsible for supporting the overall program management, including processes, campaigns, and enhancements associated with our Credit Card Balance Transfer, Global Migration (Upsell), and Authorized User growth programs. As Senior Product Manager, Growth Strategies, you’ll work with minimal direction to implement strategic priorities that capitalize on client growth opportunities and enable robust and integrated processes to ensure flawless execution of the programs & campaigns. This will include accountability for supporting the end-to-end program or campaign management strategies and enhancements, optimization of operational processes as well as the development of an integrated and systemized monitoring, reporting, planning and insights environment for growth programs. You will work in close partnership with internal and external enterprise partners in delivering on this mandate. _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote._ **How you'll succeed** + **Product & process management-** Engage in product management, strategic planning, process re-engineering/improvement, and project management sufficient to identify, develop, and implement approved initiatives (experience preferably in financial services). + **Strategic planning & execution-** Support strategy by developing and executing against strategic priorities such as Balance Transfer and Global Migrations campaigns and initiatives, which grow purchase volume and balances through all personal and small business channels. Lead key initiatives end-to-end from (i) idea generation / conceptualizing (ii) solution / capability design (iii) assess financial impacts / business case (iv) lead development & build with partners (v) implement + **Ensure profitable return on investment-** Complete business cases for approved initiatives, and optimize the client offers marketing budget, to ensure profitable return on investment on offers and leads management. Provide monthly/quarterly financial forecast recommendations. + **Leadership and Relationship Managment-** Achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to bring about change at a senior level. establish rapport, collaborate, and work effectively with key partner stakeholders, as required, to ensure effective planning, socializing and execution of all initiatives. Internal and external partners include Risk Management, Finance, Legal and Compliance, Business Controls, Sales Delivery Channels, Marketing, Technology, and other lines of businesses. + **Analytical & Reporting Insights-** Maintain a strong understanding of financial, client and operational data with ability to interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends. Analyze and assess key business drivers, campaign results, client segmentation/reporting, and stay abreast of and demonstrate strong understanding of industry and competitive positioning and developments in Canada. Derive key insights, develop recommendations and implement changes. + **Communication.** Communicate complex, conceptual information in a clear and concise manner.
