Our Network Operations team works around the clock running United’s global operation, safely, reliably and efficiently. From dispatching and routing our fleet to coordinating with maintenance line planning and crew scheduling, this team makes caring connections with our internal customers and ultimately, United’s customers. Job overview and responsibilitiesThe Senior Manager – Charters NRFO Execution is responsible for ensuring the operational support of United Airlines operational focus business and governmental charter operations with regards to safety, regulatory compliance, and efficiency efforts. Additionally the Senior Manager leads all aspects of the Manager Charter Standards and a team of Principal Charter Coordinators in the safe operation of Charter and NRFO flights. The Senior Manager supports and maintains collaborative relationships with coworkers, Unions, and Labor Relations to ensure contractual compliance and support the Core4 culture.
Handles the day-to-day NOC charters operation and NRFO to ensure accurate execution and compliance with all safety, regulatory, and efficiency considerationsLeads a team of Principal Charter Coordinators to ensure adherence to SOPLeads all aspects of the development and implementation of standardized policies and proceduresSupports and maintains collaborative relationships with coworkers, Unions, and Labor Relations to ensure contractual compliance and support the Core4 cultureCommunicates frequently and effectively regarding challenges to the operation with on shift stakeholders, subject matter experts and other team membersNOTE: This position is based at the NOC in Arlington Heights, IL and considered as an onsite position.
