Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager- Global Data Management

In this role, you will be responsible for managing MDM mapping processes around Distribution Broker data, Accounts and Product in IMAP as well as other Client applications.  This team will be mastering the new unmapped records and updating the hierarchy changes on the existing records in the system. Additionally, the team will also manage the High Impact Broker classifications and support Market Access tracking process.

Responsibilities

Lead/take complete ownership of assigned data mapping efforts across distribution, accounts and products

Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and provide recommendations on how best to map and display data.

Ability to present Hierarchy/data changes directly to stakeholders and effectively recommend solutions/options that would be better for the Business

Must have the ability to bridge the communication gap between business users and technical support resources.

Assign Operating Entities and Corporate Entities for the new Unmapped Brokers in IMAP by referring Industry wide resources like DB, Bloomberg, SEC etc.

Process change requests on existing Broker mappings with attention to reconciliation expectations.

Ability to learn complex data sources and merge data across disparate systems to meet business requirements.

Provide reporting and data analysis support for various business partners within North America Business units

Create standard operating procedures for new requirements and cross train when required

Execute standard testing and reconciliation for new or revised mappings

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Relevant years of insurance data experience.

Relevant years of experience with SQL data management and advanced relational databases

Knowledge of Power BI and Cloud services is good to have

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Expert in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Power Point)

Power BI

Knowledge of Master Data management of Producer, Account or Product required. Good understanding of Insurance Underwriting Data

Ability to own report development effort with minimal supervision.

Problem solving; data related trouble-shooting such as identifying reconciliation variances, or determining cause of data anomalies.

Be able to prioritize based on due dates and task demands.

SQL expertise required. Requires advanced understanding of data modeling, table relationships, and query optimization. Skilled in merging data from multiple disparate sources.
