What the day will look like Assist Management and Team Leader to achieve and steady growth in production. Retain existing clients and business by high renewal rations. Develop new business by client’s penetration and create new business opportunity. Frontline representative to take care insurance necessity of clients. Identify risks exposure, analysis loss history, provide risks transfer recommendation. Provide professional advice on insurance program design, arrange proper coverage terms and conditions, setting reasonable policy retention, implement the insurance program in technical manner, give loss prevention suggestions, regular review of uninsured areas etc. For corporate client with complexity insurance scheme, provide prior feasibility and practicable study and premium budget to client. Conduct Marketing Exercise to source for the most comprehensive offer from the insurance marketing. Prepare insurance proposal and report. Participate in presentation with clients on renewal or new business. Participate premises survey or claims survey. Handle customer services to client on daily insurance enquiries including new insurance policies or claims enquiries. Deal with insurers or service providers on quotation discussion and premium negotiation on behalf of clients. Placement of insurance program with profitable renumeration from insurers or service providers. Ensure working in full compliance with Aon operation procedures. Skills and experience that will lead to success Good interpersonal and communication skills. Good negotiation skill with insurers for quotations and loss adjusters for claims. Good computer skill with MS Words, excel, PowerPoint, software for graphic design and data analysis. Sound General Insurance experience (including but not limited to Property & Casualty, Public Liability, Motor, Employees’ Compensation, Group Personal Accident & Travel). Detailed minded with good at Problem solving skills. Good at Teamwork and collaboration with colleagues. Self-motivated and hard working.
