We are seeking experienced Senior/ Manager AI Consultant to join our team in a dynamic role split between high-profile projects in the Middle East region and local initiatives in Romania.

 

Work Schedule

 

2 weeks per month: On-site work in Middle East region 2 weeks per month: Based in Romania for local projects

 

Your key responsibilities

 

Provide expert consultation on national-level AI implementation and policy development Lead client workshops and training sessions on AI capabilities and implementation Design and oversee implementation of AI solutions across various sectors Easily adapt on Client’s technology stack Conduct technical assessments and feasibility studies for AI integration Develop comprehensive AI strategies aligned with organizational and national objectives Ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks and manage AI-related risks within the organization Manage stakeholder relationships at executive and ministerial levels Drive local AI projects in Romania, ensuring knowledge transfer between regions Mentor junior team members and build AI capabilities within the organization

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

BSc, Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field 5+ Experience and expertise in applying Data Science for Machine Learning, Classification, and Explainability of ML models. Deep proven expertise in AI domains such as Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, etc. Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, and regulatory frameworks Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder AI projects Excellent project management and client relationship skills Previous experience working with government entities or public sector organizations is a plus Experience in implementing and designing scalable, optimized data pipelines for (pre-) processing ETL for machine learning models. Advanced knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and technologies used in ML such as (but not limited to) Sklearn, MLFlow, TensorFlow Knowledge of MLOps architecture and practices Expertise in at least one major cloud platform's AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages Experience with AI model development, deployment, and maintenance Understanding of data privacy and security requirements Experience in correlating similar data points to find actionable insights. Ability to provide explainability to business stakeholders and audience Proven experience in writing reports and presentations outlining business predictions or proposals based on data analysis Experience in supporting productionalization of produced models
