Senior Manager Ancillary Services - St Elias Specialty Hospital

The Senior Manager Ancillary Services provides oversight and leadership for in-scope ancillary departments either directly reporting or dotted line partnership with shared services leaders. This individual plans, organizes, directs, and controls the hospital's operational functions. Interacts with state and local officials Joint Commission, CMS, and other accreditation surveyors to facilitate site surveys and other related compliance matters.

Position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day shift, Monday-Friday, core business hours, 40 hours per week; with some flexibility for coverage outside these hours, as needed.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's Degree - Business or Engineering or equivalent educ/experience.  8 years - Progressively responsible experience in hospital operations. 5 years - Management experience.
