Position Responsibilities:

Formulate, plan and execute business strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business direction

Manage business plan and budgeting, performance monitoring and identify areas for business opportunities and improvements

Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to design and implement product compensation to support the Bank partners to capture more business opportunities

Design new business development campaign / program to drive specific business focus

Work cross-channels and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of programs

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/ or Banking sector

Strong communication and facilitation skills to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders

Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines 

Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.

Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
