Senior Manager/ Associate Director, Bancassurance Partnership Management

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Formulate, plan and execute business strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business direction
+ Manage business plan and budgeting, performance monitoring and identify areas for business opportunities and improvements
+ Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to design and implement product compensation to support the Bank partners to capture more business opportunities
+ Design new business development campaign / program to drive specific business focus
+ Work cross-channels and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of programs
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/ or Banking sector
+ Strong communication and facilitation skills to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders
+ Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines
+ Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.
+ Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.
+ Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
+ Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
