Manulife’s Distribution Strategy team in Hong Kong is mainly focuses on driving strategy for Distribution Channels and supporting end-to-end implementation to create value for Manulife Hong Kong. Team members would have direct exposure and influences across all major distribution channels, including Agency, Brokerage, and Bancassurance.
Manulife Hong Kong is seeking for a Senior Manager, HK Distribution Strategy Office to be responsible for bringing top-notch strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to build solid capabilities and drive transformation for delivering values for our Customers, Shareholders and Employees. Specifically, the role will be taking strong ownership to drive impacts on what matters, and significantly contribute to Manulife’s growth aspirations.
Position Responsibilities:
This role is to support timely and effective implementation of Agency strategic projects end-to-end
Develop strategy and build future-proof capabilities across Agency, Bancassurance and Brokerage channels
Lead and deliver strategic projects end-to-end, including diagnosis, solution design, support execution and change management
Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify strategic issues and opportunities to formulate recommendations to management and business functions
Prepare presentation materials in a structured and holistic way to engage key stakeholders
Required Qualifications:Candidate with top-tier management consulting background, or extensive experience in Insurance industry, having both experiences is highly preferred
Robust analytical skill set with hypothesis-driven problem-solving ability
Capability to drive workstreams independently, and engage & manage stakeholders
Communicate effectively with all audiences, including senior leaders, in a structured manner
