Senior Manager - Audit & Assurance

A growing CSP are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Audit & Assurance team, manage a diverse client portfolio, and support the Director of Audit.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage audit engagements, ensuring timely and accurate execution Supervise audit teams, providing guidance throughout the audit process. Foster strong client relationships, holding meetings to discuss audit findings. Ensure audit projects are properly resourced, within budget, and deadlines are met. Collaborate with directors to optimize the client portfolio and manage client fee discussions. Stay updated on accounting and auditing standards. Participate in recruitment and staff development activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

ACCA or UoM qualified. At least 4 years’ senior-level audit experience. In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAPSME, and ISAs. Strong communication skills in English. Advanced MS Excel skills;
