Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or other relevant certificationsProven track record of successfully raising capital for media companies or related industries.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills to assess investment opportunities and financial viability.Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate business strategies and investment propositions effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.Knowledge of financial markets, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks applicable to capital raising activities.Demonstrated negotiation skills and proficiency in structuring investment deals and agreements.Experience in managing due diligence processes, deal execution, and post-closure activities.
