Position Summary:
The Senior Manager is responsible for leading a group of behavioral scientists. As a people leader is responsible for managing a highly engaged team and work with team members on their career progression through coaching and feedback. They work in collaboration with business stakeholders, ensuring delivery of quality work products. They work closely with the other teams in the Data & Insights area.
Essential Functions:
Leading team members in achieving the department's stated objectives.
Providing behavioral insights and solutions to large and often complex initiatives.
Executing best in class behavioral science and insights within area of responsibility.
Equip team members with the knowledge and skills to inform the prioritization of deliverables and trade off decisions to meet the needs of stakeholders
Partnering with senior leaders to integrate behavioral science and insights into business decisions
Influence business areas on how to effectively use behavioral science/insights to solve business issues
Translate firmwide messaging to ensure functional understanding and change management
Accountable the appropriate technical approach for the business need(s)
Responsible for translating department strategy into execution and implementation
Personnel decisions include performance reviews, hiring selection and necessary training
