The Senior Manager BI & Analytics Role

As a Senior Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Qlik, you will drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. You’ll oversee the strategy, development, and execution of BI initiatives, ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to make informed decisions. Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Develop and execute a comprehensive BI and analytics strategy aligned with company goals.Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of BI professionals.Design and maintain scalable Qlik BI solutions, applications, and reports.Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, product, and engineering teams to provide actionable insights.Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success.Act as Customer Zero for Qlik product features, influencing product development.Ensure best practices in data integrity, governance, and security.Explore advanced analytics, including machine learning and predictive modeling, to drive business value.Present data-driven recommendations to senior leadership, shaping strategic decisions.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
A strong background in business intelligence, data analytics, and leadership.7+ years of experience in BI or analytics, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Expertise in BI tools, ideally Qlik, and strong SQL skills.Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).A deep understanding of data modelling, dashboard development, and reporting.The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.Experience in a software or technology-driven company (preferred).Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.A passion for data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $160,000 USD to $180,000 USD per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
