Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Engage in the must win stores’ sales efficiency and productivity improvement objective by accurate reporting & forecasting with constructive business insights. Establish and manage information system and database. Support to manage must win relevant internal initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Reporting
Establish methodology & modelling to set up must win stores’ target & rolling forecast. Deliver regular or ad-hoc analysis to track/assess must win stores’ sales performance. Provide feedback to front end sales team with proposed action plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the must win stores’ end to end cycle.
Management
Drive target achievement by recommending action plan for sales efficiency & productivity improvements. Support reasonable store sales & operational KPI target setting to meet business ambitions. Ensure accuracy and reliability of factbase.
Project
Coordinate and manage initiative development, planning and prioritization processes.
System and Processes
Participate in the development of the database and BI tools specifically for must win stores.Plan the introduction of new tools, must win related processes and KPIs
