Experience & Education: BE/BTech Mechanical/Automobile/Production with more than 10 years of experience in casting commodity (Iron casting) Areas of Responsibility: 1. Commodity Team Coordinate and manage a virtual/ disciplinary regional team to achieve optimum conditions. and savings through collaborative, targeted activities and to increase profit from regional cross-divisional or divisional sourcing 2. PVO transparency Ensure regional PVO transparency by, amongst others, correct ESN coding to ensure a correct reporting 3. Commodity strategies Contribute to global Commodity strategy; implement and communicate the strategy in the region to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials 4. Negotiations/Contracts Define and implement negotiation concepts and strategies to maximize savings. Negotiate regional frame contracts; define core assortment; document frame contracts in relevant Supplier Management IT-systems 5. Global Value Sourcing (GVS) Organize and support global sourcing projects as requested by (Corporate) Commodity Manager to increase the PVO in GVS countries 6. e-Procurement Foster usage of eProcurement tools (eRfX, eAuction/ eBidding); ensure that contract structures are transferable in eCatalogues (applicable esp. for Indirect Material) to improve the Procurement process and efficiency 7. Savings and relevant KPI Generate, document and implement savings (DI 1-3), e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI (e.g. CNI, eAuctions, Supply Base Optimization, FPL, GVS share) and ensure the target achievement within the respective Commodity in the region to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent 8. Knowledge management Forward systematically all relevant Procurement related project information (e.g. updated contractual conditions, Supplier Management data) to keep all project participants up to date 9. Supplier Management Perform Supplier Management: Supplier Qualification, documentation and communication of FPL suppliers, regular supplier and strategic evaluations and supplier development to obtain and develop the best suppliers and to ensure an optimum supply chain 10.
