Join us, and find out how many ways we offer you the chance to focus on what really matters - our patients.** The Regional Manager of Clinical Practice & Pathways is responsible for managing the clinical practice and pathways program at Swedish in close partnership with the Director of Quality and specialty line leadership. This role is also a member of the Clinical Excellence Division leadership team and plays an important role in developing and executing Quality strategy and delivery. Clinical pathways are used at Swedish to describe the best care possible for patients. This role is responsible for strategic development and improvement of the pathways process across the enterprise and oversight of a team of program managers and clinical nurse specialists. Communication plan development and execution is a key skill set. + Effectively navigates SHS and PSJH organizations by understanding models of care and how each division of the organization relates and integrates with the other. + Consistently comes up with innovative solutions to solve complex problems and issues that impede the strategy and goals of the organization. + Leads system wide projects and programs with expected quality and timing based on expectations of executive stakeholders. + Effectively manages all project stakeholders and customers by ensuring that expectations are met, projects are executed on time, under budget with exceptional quality. + Powerful change management skills that empower and ensure organizational or departmental change related to improvement or implementation of new programs and projects across Swedish Health Services. + Serves as a decision maker amongst team members when disputes arise in the team. + Orients new team members to the team to ensure adherence to the CNS standards and the mission and vision of Providence-Swedish + Understanding the needs of the organization and the clinical pathways needed to support the system-based specialties and teams. assigning resources to facilitate specialty based clinical pathways. + Provides feedback to support the growth of the CNS team and works with caregivers to strategically set both short and long-term career development goals to maximize efficiencies, and to ensure caregiver satisfaction/retention and department longevity. **Required Qualifications:** + Master's Degree in Nursing + Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License + 5 years Related experience in clinical leadership in healthcare **Preferred Qualifications:** + Ph.D. in DNP, PhD, EdD, CNS-ARN. + Priority is someone with CNS experience + Need significant management/leadership experience + Need experience managing quality improvement initiatives **Why Join Providence?** Our best-in-class benefits are uniquely designed to support you and your family in staying well, growing professionally and achieving financial security.
