Primary Function/Purpose

This role is instrumental in delivering consumer-centric solutions, primarily focused on educating consumers about diseases, dispelling misconceptions, and addressing barriers that may deter them from seeking treatment. The goal is to empower consumers to take proactive steps towards managing their health effectively, thereby ensuring timely intervention and appropriate treatment.

To achieve this goal, the candidate should possess the ability to strategize, plan, and implement, including identifying consumer and patient insights, developing tailored solutions for different therapeutic areas, and leveraging various consumer platforms such as social media and digital channels. These solutions should seamlessly integrate with the overall brand strategy for each therapeutic area, ensuring cohesive alignment with the overarching plan.

Key Responsibilities

Implement and Manage Disease Education Campaigns 60%

Craft strategies for affiliate disease education campaigns, driven by consumer insights.Lead the implementation of disease education initiatives for core therapeutic areas. Execute comprehensive disease education campaigns, ensuring all operational aspects are efficiently managed.Implement and manage governance processes, ensuring adherence to legal and compliance standards that uphold the organization's integrity and reputation.

Collaborate with Teams for Seamless Integration 20%

Work closely with agencies, cross-functional teams, and global counterparts to operationalize disease education efforts.Ensure disease education initiatives are seamlessly integrated with brand strategy and overarching business objectives.

Monitor and Evaluate Campaign Impact 20%

Establish and maintain measurement to assess the impact and efficacy of disease education campaigns.Take quick actions to improve campaign results based on data analytics and continuous optimization.​

Eligibility

High mastery of consumer marketing skills backed up by at least 6 years experiences.Strong capability in uncovering consumer insights and craft marketing strategies accordingly.Proven track record of successfully leading integrated marketing campaigns, especially new product launch campaigns.Ability to execute plans, with a strong understanding of the latest media trends and how to integrate them into executional plans.Resilient and comfortable with change and ambiguity.
