Primary Function/Purpose
This role is instrumental in delivering consumer-centric solutions, primarily focused on educating consumers about diseases, dispelling misconceptions, and addressing barriers that may deter them from seeking treatment. The goal is to empower consumers to take proactive steps towards managing their health effectively, thereby ensuring timely intervention and appropriate treatment.
To achieve this goal, the candidate should possess the ability to strategize, plan, and implement, including identifying consumer and patient insights, developing tailored solutions for different therapeutic areas, and leveraging various consumer platforms such as social media and digital channels. These solutions should seamlessly integrate with the overall brand strategy for each therapeutic area, ensuring cohesive alignment with the overarching plan.

Implement and Manage Disease Education Campaigns 60%
Craft strategies for affiliate disease education campaigns, driven by consumer insights.Lead the implementation of disease education initiatives for core therapeutic areas. Execute comprehensive disease education campaigns, ensuring all operational aspects are efficiently managed.Implement and manage governance processes, ensuring adherence to legal and compliance standards that uphold the organization's integrity and reputation.Collaborate with Teams for Seamless Integration 20%
