The Senior Manager- Corporate Affairs, Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), is responsible for contributing the development and execution of the internal and external communications and advocacy strategies for ANZ in alignment with the WW Corporate Affairs team and in support of the country business priorities. The position reports to the Associate Director - Corporate Affairs (ANZ) and will work closely with the local leadership team and Access, Policy and Advocacy team **.** **Responsibilities** Executive and Enterprise Communications + Develop employee engagement communications to enhance local employees' sense of belonging and pride in working for BMS, aligned to our values and practices partnering with HR/GM + Lead the appropriate support for key internal BMS events, such as Global Patient Week, Townhall Meetings etc. + Change management - proactively and reactively monitor and manage issues in the market. Support all teams advising on the best approach for key internal change processes + Ensure full compliance with internal policies and procedures, with full commitment to the highest standards of Ethics and Integrity. + Be an engaged member of the International Corporate Affairs and Corporate Communications Teams. Policy, Patient Advocacy and Government Relations Communications + Work closely with the Market Access, Government Affairs & Patient Advocacy Team in implementing integrated external engagement plans targeted towards patient advocacy organizations, media, and other relevant groups (eg, trade associations, HTA) who influence the public discussion around the environment for optimal therapeutic innovation and patient access + Facilitate the inclusion of the patient and caregiver voice among cross-functional projects (e.g. access, medical affairs, employee engagement) Corporate Reputation + Lead the Australia social and digital in the strategy, including development of content to support local market business priorities, alongside monitoring, reporting and measuring with the agency + Proving counsel and hands on support on best practice social media channel and content management to optimize impact on our stakeholders + To work with worldwide in order to propose and implement a listening, analysis, and metrics framework to give direction on content needs, development, and performance + To devise a program to help upskill the capability of the market corporate communications team in digital channel content and execution **Qualifications, experience and competencies** Our ideal candidate will have an advanced understanding of the healthcare and political environment in Australia from 7+ years' experience, with strong change management skills and demonstrated experience in leading high impact multi-stakeholder, multi-channel communications campaigns.
