As a Senior Manager - Corporate Business Analysis and\nPlanning here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving strategic\nplanning and analysis initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and drive\ngrowth across the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for\nanalyzing market trends, conducting financial analysis, and providing insights\nto support business decision-making. Collaborating with cross-functional teams,\nyou will play a critical role in leading the financial modeling workstream for\nthe Annual Operation Plan (AOP) and Strategic Planning (STRAP) processes.\nMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators will be essential to\ntrack business performance and identify areas for improvement. As a Senior\nManager, you will provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior\nleadership based on data-driven insights. You will also support budgeting and\nforecasting processes to ensure accurate financial planning. Additionally, you\nwill identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and\neffectiveness of business analysis and planning activities. You will report\ndirectly to our Sr. Director, BAP and you’ll work out of our Charlotte, NC location\non a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the financial health\nand strategic direction of our company, contributing to sustainable growth and\nensuring that our financial operations align with our corporate goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
