PROFILE REQUIRED
1. Required skills & knowledge for the position\:
· Good knowledge in Quality management functions with strong technical background.
· Good understanding of the manufacturing processes like molding, stamping, machining & assembly.
· Good understanding in Statistical Quality Control.
· Good analytical skills.
· Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
· Good people management skills.
2. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience
BE or ME in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality, Production, Industrialization or R & D field.3. Languages\:
English fluent
Tamil
4. Other Requirements\:
Exposure to 5 Why, Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, SAP ERP & Sales forces.
