Senior Manager CVP campaigns
The LC Campaign Sr Manager defines the strategy, concept and execution of key campaigns rolled out across the Caribbean (eg FMC, xmas, entertainment). He/she has a solid understanding of the business objectives, translates them into a communication strategy and customer communications across all touchpoints. He/she helps to drive the company’s objective to increase brand equity and build more uniformity across the region. + Brand media comms strategy and toolkits + Work closely with the LC commercial team to align on key priorities, business objectives and translate those to Marketing and Communications campaigns. + Develop Brand, media and comms toolkits for the key commercial topics including concepts and execution in all media, design guidelines, digital and social executions, retail and sales collaterals and media spend recommendations + Work with assigned agencies and the Creative Hub, develop creative briefs and guide the creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public facing communications. + Work alongside the Digital and Social Expert team to build a cohesive digital plan to both build the brand and generate sales across all of our digital touchpoints. + Collaborate with the media expert to deliver a media toolkit. + Collaborate with the Corporate Communications team to ensure that all campaigns and events are effectively translated in each market. + Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure an efficient roll out of the campaigns across the markets + Has an appreciation and passion for the different cultural norms and knows how to include them into the campaigns + Budget Management: + Help manage the LC brand and campaign development budget and ensure effective spend + Monitor the campaign effectiveness and improve + Leadership: + Building happy and high performing ad hoc teams around a certain campaign toolkit.
