A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience is required.A minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required.A minimum of 10 years of cyber threat intelligence, incident response, or cyber defense experience is required.US Citizenship is required to acquire any necessary security clearance.Experience leading and managing complex cross-functional programs is required.Excellent intelligence writing and briefing skills are required.Significant experience working with sophisticated, detailed, and nuanced challenges.Experience identifying dependencies, gaps, relevant teams, and pitfalls and developing comprehensive solutions.Experience quickly developing comprehensive plans and delegating implementation actions.Experience using influence and persuasion techniques across teams to accomplish change.Experience operationalizing strategies across a multitude of teams to effect change.Experience collaborating with US Government, Law Enforcement, and Intelligence Community agencies.Knowledge of cybersecurity operations, cyber threat intelligence, incident response, detection analytics, and forensics.#JNJTech

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
