Senior Manager - D&T Global Agile Project Manager

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager (DT Global Agile Project Manager)
This role is part of the Global Digital Technology (DT) department, Agile Acceleration (ACE) department and the Agile Project Program Management (Agile PPM) area. The ACE team supports the hybrid organizational structure of DT owned products and functional owned products. The goal is to support the already established Agile organization and its Product Teams to increase agility, efficiency and effectiveness in delivery and on the other hand transition the remaining domains of DT into the Agile way of working.
The Agile PPM area is responsible for transforming the existing project, program and portfolio delivery and methodology into a way of working that fits in the Agile Team context. Traditional PgM/PM focuses on upfront planning where factors like scope, costs and time are important. Agile PgM/PM gives prominence to customer collaboration, teamwork, and flexibility. It is an iterative approach that focuses on incorporating customer feedback and continuous releases.

The Agile Project Manager manages and delivers a project in accordance with DT and Agile processes and governance. He or she drives business value optimization and prioritization in alignment with the Product Teams and Functional Domains. Agile Project managers can drive projects in a traditional, but mostly in an Agile manner and embed the Agile way of working.
Responsibilities

 Manage all aspects of delivering the complete solution/product, in such a way that business value optimization is secured;
 Confirm business requirements (Functional and non-Functional), solution architecture and defining the projects boundary and what is in and out of scope, including alignment with the Product Teams;
 Define and manage a project in order to optimize business value;
 Ensure business requirements are translated into solutions and products that are in line with the IT strategy, enterprise architecture and current products within the Product Teams;
 Monitor and report on planning, progress, business value, dependencies, impediments, financials, and risks in accordance with the Agile way of working;
 Develop and manage the execution, deployment and transition plans across the Product Teams, functions and OpCos;
 Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and impediments during the lifecycle of the project;
 Define, plan, request, and secure resources/skills to meet project and programme requirements;
 Ensure a One way of Working within the Agile Project Management team;
 Ensure (and monitor) that transitions in the business are guided professionally and in alignment with amongst others DT, Functional Domains, Competence Centers and the Regional IT Leads and monitor transition progress;
 Drive and manage projects in an Agile manner
 Promote and demonstrate core principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability and visibility (being an Agile ambassador)
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills

 Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
 Relevant experience as Project Manager, managing ERP or similar large-scale projects in complex environments.
 Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
 Excellent technical knowledge of software development methodologies, version control systems, and deployment technologies.
 Familiarity with Agile practices
 Experience with change and configuration management processes
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and cultures
 Knowledge of deployment automation and orchestration tools is a plus
 Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
 Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to innovative technologies and industry trends
 Fluent in English.

• Define and implement the project governance model and associated roles and responsibilities across all OpCos and Global Functions and Central Project Management Office in the assigned region. This in a complex environment with large group of Central, Regional and OpCo stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a project / program plan, highlighting upcoming landmark date
• Manage the Regional PMO Support the regional program manager
• Liaise with the regional transition teams, Global Functions and Regions to establish priorities and agree solutions
• Monitor, track and report project progress to the business partners against planned tollgate deliverables
• Ensure actions, issues, and risks are identified and effectively handled
• Deliver workstream objectives to support the realization of programme targets
• Responsibility (budget): indirectly € > € 50 Mio (multiyear regional deployment budget)

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities.
