A Snapshot of Your Day:
This position is responsible for developing and overseeing eCommerce B2B channels on s.com across different customer segments. This role will be critical in supporting Samsung’s B2B eCommerce strategy and overall D2C growth, by delivering innovative lead generation, onboarding, engagement and retention programs specifically targeting B2B customer needs. The role is a critical function that will work directly with internal management, local sales teams, D2C and marketing teams and partners/ customers across Corporate, Education, B2B2C and SME. You will be the internal evangelist to successfully deliver programs and strategies that resonate with partners while lobbying support of internal stakeholders for the channel growth.

How You Will Make An Impact:
Develop and onboard new partners across B2B (Corporates, Education, B2B2C, etc.) and B2B2C to increase B2B online sales for on samsung.comWork with global, regional and local sales, product and B2B teams to discover and deploy relevant B2B eCommerce programsIdentify opportunities to increase awareness & engagement of B2B channelsDesign programs and initiatives to drive loyalty and retention across B2B customersEstablish connections with top corporate, government, education and B2B2C AccountsEvaluate and implement B2B channel propositions and promotional calendarInfluence key stakeholders across the organization to drive business objectivesAnalyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behaviour to identify key performance indicatorsResponding to ad-hoc requests from Suwon Office & effective communication with local stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications
What You’ll Need:
12 years experience in eCommerce with Bachelors or 10 years with Master degree in Business/ IT or a relevant fieldProficiency in building B2B sales strategy and engagement programs that deliver expedited growthComfortable interpreting sales and web traffic data and deriving actionable insightsData visualization — Capable of assessing, analyzing, and presenting data, trendsExperience in the MENA region with direct engagement with both B2B and B2G AccountsCapable of analyzing promotional effectiveness & impact on salesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills (Internally and Externally)Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI is a plusAn analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving and attention to detail and accuracyPlanning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities and uses time efficiently* Please visit Samsung membership to see Privacy Policy, which defaults according to your location.
