Work you’ll do
Operationalization and Go-to-Market Support strategies to bring D&D services to market, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.Leverage your strong technical foundation in RelOne, Relativity, and eDiscovery to provide expert guidance and support for the deployment and management of these services.Provide technical subject matter expertise to project teams implementing solutions involving Relativity, RelativityOne, SQL, and AWS. Ensure that solutions are designed and implemented to meet client requirements and industry best practices.Oversee technical specifications, provide guidance on configuration and architecture diagrams, and ensure the quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of services and solutions.Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure that our services and solutions meet or exceed their expectations, driving customer satisfaction and long-term success.The team

Discovery is constantly evolving and changing as data volumes and sources continue to grow exponentially. We aim to help our clients solve their most pressing data management challenges by bringing key stakeholders together and helping them to navigate challenges such as cloud migration, implications of new technologies, evolving data sources, and pressure due to time constraints or regulatory requirements. Our practice has established itself as a leader in delivering the full spectrum of Discovery services to government agencies. Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this roleStrong technical background in RelOne, Relativity, and eDiscovery is essential.Proficiency in Relativity, RelativityOne, SQL, and AWS.Ability to oversee technical specifications, provide guidance on configuration and architecture, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.Strong commitment to customer satisfaction, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.Ability to work effectively with Sr. Managers and project teams, providing technical subject matter expertise and support.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely.
