This position is responsible to develop and manage effective data analysis, reporting to bring practical insights to assist strategic decisions of senior management.
Primary Responsibility• Develops and supervises database marketing analysts to include day to day operations, coaching, mentoring and appropriate performance management.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Interpret data, analyze results against proforma in on-going promotion and identify key findings
• Recommend business strategies based on promotion results and business environment
• Provide customers analytics on timely manner as requested by both internal or external parties.
• Work with different departments in achieving deparment KPIs and goals.
• Lead and develop a team of data analysts
• Diploma holder, preferable major in Statistics, Business Administration or Marketing
• Min 7 years of related professional experience with min 5 years supervisory level experience in the data analysis and reporting field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and present key findings
• Prior experience working with SQL, SAS, R, Power BI
• Problem-solving aptitude and must be result driven
• Good commend of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Good logical thinking and able to communicate effectively
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
