Steer POCs in association with partners for varied IT applications with adoption of rapidly evolving/ relatively mature technologies; Maintain point-of-view on new IT applications for the group Organize events and join in forums to interact with different technology solution providers and evaluate if new solutions can be introduced at group and business levels. Formulate IT operations policy in alignment with the ITIL framework and in adherence to overall IT operating model and guidelines established by the group Define protocols and design tools and templates to monitor IT systems, application and security operations at the group level Drive end-to-end IT service support and IT service management in line with the ITIL framework guidelines Manage availability of the site IT services and solutions; Continuously monitor performance and capacity of IT systems with the objective to identify scope for improvement and facilitate it for systems at the group level Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot data centre operations for group level applications and offer guidance at business level  Maintain oversight and conduct periodic reviews to ensure adherence to defined SLAs; Record non-adherences and facilitate prompt resolution Support in systems and applications upgradation actions without disturbance to business; Identify and sign Contract / MOU with Infrastructure, Application & Security Partners for BU-specific requests/ tools Analyse the consumption IT services and provide insights on rationalization of IT services/ solution delivery Lead implementation and maintenance of Crisis Management and Disaster recovery plans in line with overall Business Continuity Plans; Undertake preventive, directive and coercive measures  to sustain availability, backup and recovery of IT Systems and applications Minimum 15-18 years of overall experience with around 12 years of relevant experience in managing Information Technology operations; At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role at large or mid-sized organization with global operations is desired Experience across a range IT disciplines including infrastructure and data center technologies, application management and service delivery
