You’ll make a difference by:
The Head of Digital People Solutions Team in India is a strategic role responsible for designing, implementing, and driving the adoption of digital HR platforms and solutions in the region Asia Pacific as well as Middle East.
1. Collaborating with Stakeholders:
· Work closely with HR stakeholders and customers to understand their needs to identify opportunities for digitalization and to continuously generate business value.
· Ensure that digital solutions meet business objectives and enhance employee experiences.
2. Designing the regional Digital HR Strategy:
· Identify opportunities for digital solutions that enhance HR processes, such as recruitment, talent management, on- / offboarding, performance and succession management, learning and skills management, and employee engagement.
· Promote the adoption of digital tools and technologies like Workday, ServiceNow, and other DPS products/ solutions within the organization.
3. Managing Digital HR Platforms, IT Architecture and IT services:
· Lead the development, testing and deployment of digital solutions and IT services, including HR information systems (e.g. ServiceNow), employee self-service portals, mobile applications, and other service offerings such as test center.
· Manage the operations of IT services to meet customer satisfaction and SLAs, financial targets and business value.
· Ensuring global collaboration with customers and service delivery alike.
4. Sourcing & People Management:
· Manage a growing team of 10-20 people in terms of their personal growth and continuous development
· Perform sourcing and capacity planning for the resources in various workstreams such as of testing, requirement gathering or service management in close alignment with global topic owner.
Your success is grounded in:
· Minimum 10-12 years’ experience in HRIT & HR Technology domain
· Experience in managing mid-large sized teams
· Great communication skills
· Experience in working in multicultural environment
· Consulting and solutioning experience in HR Technology space is a plus.
