American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the Global leader in the Commercial Payments Solutions space and subsequently continues to be an exciting and fast-growing segment. The Digital Experience & Products team is a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team leading digital innovation at American Express. We are responsible for deepening Client and Card Member engagement through our digital B2B products. The team’s mission is to dramatically increase adoption and frequency of usage through a combination of in-depth insights, superior user experience and compelling features and functionality.

We are seeking a versatile and experienced Senior Product Manager/Product Owner to join our dynamic team! The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about creating digital technologies to enable seamless and intuitive corporate product experiences. The individual in this role will drive the product adoption and strategic plans to launch digital features as part of the Corporate Program Product Development (CPPD) team. One of the key projects this individual will focus on is driving the FSSO integration of our corporate client and increase the adoption of @Work APIs.

This candidate will be required to understand the current business processes in FSSO and @Work API integration and identify the changes that need to be made to improve the value and adoption rate by collaborating with customers and other product managers from dependent teams. The candidate should be a strong driver with experience launching digital features in an agile environment, possess thought leadership, be a critical thinker with effective communication, and organizational skills. The candidate should have a consistent record of operating within a matrixed corporate environment to deliver meaningful impact. The role will feature a heavy emphasis on go-to-market activities as we launch digital applications globally, which will necessitate developing client-facing materials, working with compliance, and frequent meetings with our largest clients.

How will you make an impact in this role?

Drive adoption of the FSSO And @Work API products and collaborate with Product Development teams to inform roadmap enhancements based on client feedback Work with Marketing and Client Managers to develop product value story, client-facing collateral, and campaigns to drive adoption Analyze product performance for onboarding cycle time, user engagement, and customer satisfaction Develop product expertise to train internal stakeholders and clients on capability function and integration process Coordinate with servicing, marketing, legal and field teams in regional markets to inform them of planned product changes or new Client integrations, including pipeline activity Monitor the product integration lifecycle to define areas of enhancements, automation, and improved customer experience Create product user stories to improve our digital offering and define the roadmap for digital experiences within our corporate product portfolio Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and standard practices to continuously innovate and improve our product offerings

Minimum Qualifications:

Related experience in Product Development or Product Management Proven history of delivering adoption of digital products Solid understanding of user-centric design principles and agile methodologies Excellent communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills Experience collaborating with corporate clients and Enterprise software solutions High diligence with an eye for accuracy and controls Strong results-orientation, resourcefulness, and flexibility to overcome significant obstacles to achieve goals in a demanding environment Adaptive learner and great team player Ability to thrive in undefined, complex project spaces Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of corporate products in US and European markets Knowledge in creating rich and engaging customer facing collateral

Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
