Job DescriptionThe EU VAS Acceptance Solutions – Disputes Solutions job holder will play an important role in ensuring dispute management solutions support Visa’s aggressive growth targets for Value-Added Services (“VAS”). More specifically, the jobholder will work closely with the EU Dispute Solutions Lead to support the execution of the Post-Purchase revenue growth strategy, help sizing and prioritising the expansion opportunity in key EU markets for key products across issuers, banks, acquirers, merchants and reseller partners, support building of the value proposition, review competitor space, and develop acceleration plans for key solutions. Partnering closely with acceptance solutions specialized sales, Regional Product, global Verifi teams, EU market Account Executives, Business Development and Client Services to deeply understand regional nuances for seller-centric VAS dispute management products, collate the functional, commercial, and regulatory requirements to localize and deliver products for sale. The role is ideally open to all EU locations, works hand in hand with the VAS EU Dispute Solutions Lead and reports to the Head of Acceptance Solutions for EU VAS.
The successful candidate must have strong commercial acumen, data-driven strategic thinking, great presentation and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build fast rapport and credibility with stakeholders. The focus of the role is supporting the expansion of client-relevant VAS dispute solutions in key EU markets, with a commercial mindset, short- and long-term vision, and backed by data.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in fast-paced environments with demanding timelines and will be equally comfortable interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders of various seniority level.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the growth of Value Added Services (VAS) dispute solutions, supporting the strategy / prioritization by gathering both internal and market insights, helping size opportunities, identifying new client targets in key EU markets by client and driving acceleration plans
Support the strategy thinking with the data input and competitive analysis validation for key dispute products in key EU markets
Support with the creation / design of collateral materials and presentations to showcase the value of our Post-Purchase Acceptance solutions for both EU issuers and acceptance clients
Support with the creation of dashboards to track and report on solution priorities and results
Develop and maintain a requirements log, detailing ongoing regional cluster requirements and managing any solution enhancements through the Product Lifecycle Management process
Ensuring all regional asks are supported by a business strategy/ revenue case
Gather insights on regional / market competitive and regulatory intelligence activities to evaluate competitors' activities and implications to inform regional solutions leads decision-making
Maintain close relationships with key business contacts and end-users to proactively solicit feedback on features, functionality, services and future requirements.
Develop education and supporting collateral to enable the launch of ‘sales focused pushes’
Ad hoc support on solution proposals for key clients
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
