Job description

En tant que Senior Manager au sein d'Amaris Consulting, votre mission sera de développer, rentabiliser et pérenniser ce qui sera votre propre Business Unit en étant le décideur principal sur le volet opérationnel et stratégique. Pour cela, vous opérerez au quotidien sur quatre axes principaux : 

 

Stratégie & Développement

Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de croissance de votre Business Unit en forgeant de nouveaux partenariats et en consolidant les relations existantes. Planifier, préparer et animer les réunions avec les clients et les consultants pour favoriser l'innovation et la collaboration. Négocier et rédiger des propositions commerciales techniques et financières structurées. Diversifier et innover en développant de nouveaux services et en optimisant ceux existants.

 

Gestion de la relation client

Suivre les activités des clients pour anticiper leurs besoins et gagner de nouveaux projets stratégiques. Renforcer et développer des partenariats solides et durables avec les clients.

 

Gestion financière

Gérer le Profit and Loss (P&L) de votre unité opérationnelle pour maximiser le chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité. Fournir une analyse avancée du P&L, identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et élaborer un plan d'action.

 

Management & Ressources Humaines

Manager, coacher et accompagner la montée en compétence des juniors managers. Recruter, encadrer et développer une équipe performante de consultants avec une approche innovante. Gérer la carrière de vos consultants en stimulant leur montée en compétences et leur épanouissement professionnel. Challenger et optimiser les processus existants pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et contribuer au succès collectif.

 

À propos de vous

Nous recherchons des profils seniors dotés d'un esprit entrepreneurial avec l'ambition de relever de nouveaux défis :

Vous avez au minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Manager/Ingénieur d'affaires dans les secteurs IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, ou Telecom. Vous avez déjà eu une expérience de management direct, d'un ou plusieurs Business Manager junior. Vous êtes diplômé.e d'un Master en formation commerciale ou en ingénierie et parlez couramment français et anglais. Vous souhaitez travailler dans un environnement exigeant où l'excellence est primordiale.

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
