**Summary**
This compelling opportunity presents a unique and challenging role for a highly accomplished and exceptionally skilled Senior Manager of Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, strategic guidance, and hands-on management to a team of data scientists engaged in the development and deployment of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This position demands a proven track record of success in leading teams, managing complex projects, and delivering impactful results within the dynamic landscape of the artificial intelligence industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to a high-performing team of data scientists specializing in the creation and implementation of sophisticated machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions.
+ Effectively manage the entire product lifecycle of AI solutions, from initial conception and design through to deployment, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across diverse departments to develop and align an AI roadmap with measurable business value AI for our business.
+ Champion the adoption of best practices in data science, including machine learning, reinforcement learning and CI/CD, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.
+ Monitor and evaluate AI solutions in terms of technical performance and business impact, implementing necessary adjustments to optimize accuracy, efficiency, and benefit.
+ Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports and presentations to senior leadership, providing insightful analyses of AI initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
+ Actively participate in industry events and conferences, staying abreast of the latest advancements in artificial intelligence and incorporating cutting-edge technologies into the team's work.
**Critical Qualifications**
+ 3+ years of experience leading a technical team responsible for delivery of AI solutions or related experience.
+ Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to work in both business and technical domains to develop and nurture partner relationships.
+ Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Strong product management skills, with the ability to develop and manage multiple roadmaps simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
+ Experience with machine learning development, environments, applications, and best practices.
+ Knowledge of Field Services practices and processes is an asset.
