Job Summary
Finance lead supporting the Supply Chain business unit. Works directly with Supply Chain Leadership and the division Finance Officer, providing guidance regarding all financial matters. This position is responsible for financial planning and analysis tasks which include: developing long range plans that are aligned to strategic priorities, managing annual budgets and forecasts, allocation of resources and decision support for key business initiatives.
Job ResponsibilitiesDirects and controls the teams’ activities, including process design, SOP creation, audit controls in accordance with GAAP and company policy. Implements new policies and ensures those policies are communicated to team as well as the business.Prepares management reports and presents team status and results to Senior Management.Drives and partners with cross-functional teams to develop and implement approved changes.Works with internal and external audit as needed.Empowers and inspires others to put the customers first in everything they do, shows employees appreciation and removes obstacles so employees can stay customer focused.Embraces change with excitement and a plan: creates an environment that empowers others to lead with agility and ignite the change in others.Develops a high performance culture/team where others are inspired to apply knowledge confidently.
