Key Responsibilities
Operating Overhead & Marketing Expense Controlling
Build the reporting framework, roadmap and priorities for company spending Develop reporting automation and optimization to improve quality and efficiency Provide omni-channel expense analysis and comparison for synchronization Understand company cost drivers for deep dive Drive for expense efficiency and saving opportunities Ensure budget and forecast is inline with business trend and strategy Handle cross functional communications independently Support related business functions in expense control and prioritization Provide financial insights in business case review and guard Drive action plans to support business teams for better investment portfolio and ROI maximization Provide value-added analysis and insights for actual performance and review with functional leaders Keep tracking and monitoring spending status and proactively address questions if any Enhance forecast accuracy Presentation deck preparation Back-up for general consolidation Lead and coach team members for development Ad-hoc projects and tasks

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Business acumen Strong mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills Consumer centric with a can-do attitude Strong stakeholders management skills in a matrix organization Proactive and strong communication skill High degree of responsibility and personal integrity Self-starter / self-motivation Experience with Global consumer goods brand a plus 8+ working experience in finance accounting / FP&A Fluent in English Advanced Microsoft Office Skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word SAP experience a plus
Requisite Education
University degree or above Member of an internationally recognized professional accounting body preferred
