ResponsibilitiesWhat are the main tasks and responsibilities?
\nTo maximize growth for the Supply Chain division, working across different industry sectors:
\n\nThe development of sector / sub-sector and product strategies, together with regions & countries \n\n\nDriving ‘growth accelerator’ projects - combining sector strategy + product development + sales\n\n\nDevelop partnerships with similar teams, collaborating on industry/sector intelligence, ensuring you have an up-to-date view on industry trends\n\n\nIdentify sector specific or x-sector trends & markets to create significant opportunities, develop concepts & pipeline, together with regions & countries\n\n\nSupport the development and execution of sales strategy for an initiative, incl. growth forecasts and go-to-market plans, value proposition, commercialization, sales collateral and community building\n\n\nCoach and develop country & regional teams, building skills and knowledge.\nRequirementsThis role could be great fit if you have some of the following experience: \n \n\nEngaging with customers on research, discovery and sales \nA track record in business development \nStrong facilitation, messaging and influencing skills, at all levels \nStrategic & critical thinking \nConsulting skillset and experience \nGood knowledge of Supply Chain Operations. \nDeep expertise in a single sector or diverse experience across multiple sectors. \nExposure to large, complex projects or operations. \nProficient in working within complex regional and global matrix environments, including country-specific settings. \nExperienced in digital solutions and comfortable working with technology. \nProcess-oriented with a consultative and collaborative approach. \nDemonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with and respect multiple cultures. \nA minimum of 5+ years in the logistics industry \n\nWhat you'll need to do next? \n \nIf you have a proven track record of achievement to match the requirements for this role and you are looking for your next career move, simply apply online ensuring that a full up to date CV is attached with your application. \n \nWe will ensure that all our resourcing activities are fair, transparent, and consistent across the Globe.
